I had the wild, sudden opportunity to hop on a plane and join MMI's Philippine team for a two week surgical project in a remote city in the northern Philippines. I documented all aspects of the hospital, from patients arrival, meetings with Doctors, and even venturing into the operating room to watch as the Doctors performed live saving surgeries, and even a C-Section!
